This Site is owned and operated by GH Lighting Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 7293100 and with our registered office at 18 West Street, Wareham Dorset BH20 4JX.

Payment

The customer will be invoiced after the installation is complete for the full amount. Payment terms are 30 days after the invoice date. Unpaid
balances are liable to a 3% per month interest charge.

VAT

VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate (currently 20%).

Ownership

Ownership of the goods shall remain with GH Lighting LTD until payment
has been received in full.

Cancellation

We regret that no cancellation or changes can be accepted once the order
confirmation has been received and the order processed.

Warranty

Goods are supplied with a manufacturers warranty (normally 3 years).
Faults that occur in normal usage within this warranty period will be
replaced.

Variations

Goods supplied may differ slightly from those demonstrated to the
customer, however they will be of equivalent performance.
